Stuffed tomatoes
- Large tomatoes
- Goat cheese
- Anchovy fillets
- Ground pepper
- Kalamata olives
- Fresh basil
- Olive oil
Mix cheese, anchovy fillets, chopped olives and basil until smooth.
Cut tomatoes in half, and scop out pulp.
Spoon mixture into tomato shells, and sprinkle with fresh ground pepper.
Sprinkle with olive oil.
Cook in moderate oven 200 ’C for 15min.
