Ingredients:
- 1 litre milk
- 1 teaspoon vanila
- 300 gms caster sugar
- 10 egg yolks
- 300 mls cream

Method:
- Bring milk to the boil and add vanila.
- Combine sugar and egg yolks and whisk adding milk.
- Cook gently, stirring with wooden spoon constantly until thickened.
- Place over ice to cool down, stir occasionally.

Add cream, mix and pour into ice churn and place in a freezer.
