Nile Perch Fillets with Chunky Dips

Nile Perch Fillets

Ingredients:

  • fresh nile perch fillets
  • chunky dips - exotic thai with cashew and parmesan
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • red and green chili

 

  1. Preheat oven to 200'C.
  2. Rub fish with lemon juice, olive oil, little salt and pepper
  3. Arrange fish in a single layer in slightly greased, shallow baking dish
  4. Spread chunky dip over fish, add sliced fresh chilli
  5. Place in preheat oven and cook for 10 minutes. Don't overcook!
