Ingredients:
- fresh nile perch fillets
- chunky dips - exotic thai with cashew and parmesan
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- red and green chili
|
- Preheat oven to 200'C.
- Rub fish with lemon juice, olive oil, little salt and pepper
- Arrange fish in a single layer in slightly greased, shallow baking dish
- Spread chunky dip over fish, add sliced fresh chilli
- Place in preheat oven and cook for 10 minutes. Don't overcook!
