Avocado Dip

Scoop 2 avocado pulps and add 1 teaspoon minced garlic, little red chili, 1 tablespoon lime juice and salt to taste. Mash all ingrediance with fork until smooth. Serve with French Bread.

A whole medium avocado contains approximately 21 grams of fat, though most of it is monounsaturated fat. Avocados also have 60% more potassium than bananas.
